Our In-House Plan
To make it easier for patients to receive the care they need, we’ve worked out a special cost-savings plan. This plan benefits patients who do not have insurance and those that have exhausted their benefits. For one modest annual membership fee per person, you can receive a generous number of preventative care procedures and discounts on most of our major services.
The Sulens Cost-Savings Dental Plan provides you with these substantial benefits:

Annual Membership Fees
Individual plan: $400
Second family member: $350
Each additional family member: $300
Please note: Family members included in the plan must live in the same household.
Your coverage includes:
- Two cleanings per year
- Two dental exams per year
- One set of bitewing x-rays per year
- One panoramic x-ray every three to five years
- Two topical fluoride treatments per year for patients up to 18 and one for adults as needed

You can walk into our office and sign up for this savings plan today and start saving the same day. As soon as you’re a member of the plan, your benefits last for twelve full months.
