Dwight K. Schrute (AKA Dwighty Boy)

Nancy

In addition to being Dr. Mike’s wife, Nancy is the business manager and all-around cheerleader. She comes to Sulens Dental Studio with a background in practice and project management and knows just how to smooth out office procedures so every patient has an optimal experience. She is also constantly learning what it takes to be a “boy mom” to her sons, sons, Henry, Jones and Mikey.

Stefanie

Stefanie is a home-grown Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) turned Expanded Function Dental Auxiliary (EFDA) who’s experience as a patient at our office inspired her to go into dentistry. She loves to help people, has an amazing work ethic and keeps us young with her fun energy. Outside of work, she is striving to be a (not-so) crazy cat lady, spends time at a local gym and living her best life with her long-term boyfriend.

Amanda

Amanda comes to our office with many years of dental experience. She joined the dental world after her fabulous personality was seen as an asset, started in the front office and career grew from there. She is an Expanded Function Dental Auxiliary (EFDA) and so much more. Amanda’s love for people is essential to who she is. She makes everyone around her instantly feel better. Amanda is a long-time Caldwell resident, momma to three grown kids and married to the love-of-her-life, Jeff.

Leigh Ann

Our Director of Patient Experience is a key person in the creation of a comfortable, satisfying atmosphere for every patient. She keeps track of who’s coming and going and what they might need to achieve their own goals. LeighAnn enjoys spending time with her husband, fur-baby Jake, family and, most-especially, her adorable little girls.

Jonathan

Our Director of Insurance Coordination helps our patients maximize their benefits for treatment. Jonathan has achieved Toy Purchasing Level: Expert as a result of buying toys for six nieces and nephews, so we let him choose the best toys to keep our youngest patients entertained.

Janet

Janet is a Certified Dental Assistant who joined Dr. Mike soon after he began practicing. Patients love her subtle sense of humor that lightens every visit. She loves following the Buckeyes and her grandsons in all of their shenanigans.

Oliva

Olivia is a life-long patient who flawlessly transitioned to a team member after obtaining her Bachelors of Science in Dental Hygiene from West Liberty University. Olivia is an awesome person who has a diverse background from time spent leading horse-back tours at the Wilds, working at Zanesville Museum of Art and scooping ice cream at Whits (to name just a few!). She has never met a stranger and enjoys getting to know and building connections with our awesome patients. She resides in Zanesville with her husband and fur babies, Freddie (pupper) and Riot (kitty-cat).

Lisa

Lisa is the mother of the Zanesville famous Dwight, our office therapy dog, and her toddler son who is not quite as famous, but still pretty darn cool. She is an awesome hygienist who has her Bachelor of Science from West Virginia University who later went on to also obtain her Expanded Function Dental Auxiliary (EFDA) and is also certified in administering anesthesia for patients that need it. On the weekends, you can catch Lisa, her husband and son going on all sorts of adventures or planning their next exciting family trip.

Abbey

Abbey is the Director of Patient Care. She is a wizard with our office schedules and works to get patients’ treatment scheduled in a way that meets their needs. If her smile doesn’t instantly brighten your day when you walk into our office, her sweet personality certainly will. She is the jack of all trades in our office and goes above and beyond to help her teammates as she can often be found turning over rooms, getting patient xrays or helping out with sterile. She is engaged to her high school sweetheart and mom to her fur-baby, Paisley.

Alyssa

Alyssa is a long-term family friend and nanny for Dr. Mike and Nancy who easily transitioned into the role of Dental Assistant. She is natural in the dental world and keeps us in line with her need for systems and organization. While her long-term career aspirations are to be the most amazing stay-at-home-mom you could ever imagine, she is currently practicing for her future skills by being our go-to assistant with kids. Outside of work, Alyssa can always be found babysitting (no surprise here!), helping out a friend or spending time with family.

Natalie

Natalie is a former bull rider and dental assistant who realized her calling in life was to be a registered dental hygienist. She is a graduate of Hocking College and has been a phenomenal addition to our fabulous hygiene team. When she isn’t scaling and polishing mouth bones, Natalie can be found enjoying time on her beautiful homestead with Aaron, her sweet baby girl and two fur babies, Trey and Nala.

Dwight K. Schrute (AKA Dwighty Boy)

Dwight is our therapy dog in training and morale booster! Patients of all ages love to pause and give him his preferred belly rubs. He is learning how to comfort patients who might be anxious about treatment.
